2 Irish Cider Battered Atlantic Cod Fillets

CHUNKY WHITE COD FILLETS IN A MEDIUM SWEET CIDER BATTER FROM ARMAGH CIDER COMPANY.
Cod (Gadus morhua) (Fish) (60%), Wheat Flour (contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Cider (contains Preservative: Sulphites) (5.6%), Sugar, Maize flour, Wheat Starch, Dehydrated Apple, Salt, Raising Agents (Ammonium bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Non-Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Dextrose, Stabiliser (Xanthan gum), Flavourings, Yeast, Yeast Extract, Flavouring (Malic Acid), Pepper, Mustard Powder.

Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
TO OVEN BAKE
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6. 20 -25 minutes.
TO GRILL
Preheat grill to a medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally. 18-22 minutes
TO DEEP FRY
Pre-heat the oil, lower the fillets gently into the oil and fry. When cooked place filets on kitchen paper to drain prior to serving. 180°C/350°F. 7 minutes.
This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
