10 Wholegrain Fish Fingers

WHOLEGRAIN BREADCRUMB, GREAT FOR KIDS. SOURCE OF PROTEIN AND VITAMIN B12.
Alaska Pollock fillets (Theragra chalcogramma) (Fish) (65%), Wholemeal Wheat Flour (20%), Sunflower Oil, Potato Starch, Water, Salt, Yeast, Wholemeal Malted Wheat flour (0.3%).
For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain mustard.
Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
TO OVEN COOK
Pre-heat oven. Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once. 240°C / Fan 220°C / Gas 8. 9-11 minutes.
TO GRILL
Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Turn occasionally. 9-11 minutes.
This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary.

Pre-heat oven. Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7. 12-14 minutes.
TO GRILL
Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Turn occasionally. 10 minutes.
