For fish lovers who prefer natural or un-coated fish fillets, we also have our natural range. Our natural range is fresh frozen, prepared, filleted and deboned. All our natural range (excluding prawns) can be cooked from frozen, so no need to defrost. For more details click on the individual products below.
4 Atlantic Salmon Fillets

KNOWN AS THE ‘KING OF FISH’ ATLANTIC SALMON IS NATURALLY HIGH IN PROTEIN, OMEGA 3, VITAMINS B12 AND D.
Salmon (Salmo salar) (Fish) (95%), Water (5%).
For allergens see ingredients in bold.
Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
TO OVEN COOK
Pre-heat oven. Wrap fillets loosely in foil and place on a baking tray. Open foil for last 5 minutes of cooking. 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6. 25-30 minutes.
TO STEAM
Place in steamer. 20-25 minutes
TO MICROWAVE
Place fillets on a microwaveable plate. Cover loosely with microwaveable film and pierce. For 2 fillets: 650W 8mins, 750W 7.5 mins, 800W 7 mins.
For 1 Fillet reduce cooking time by 3 mins.
For 3-4 Fillets increase cooking time by 4 mins.
TO BARBEQUE
Prepare BBQ as per manufacturers guidelines. Wrap fillets in foil and seal well. Turn once during cooking. Be cautious of steam upon opening foil. 15 mins.
