How to cook

To Oven Cook:

This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.
For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Remove all packaging.
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven.
200°c, fan 180°c, gas 6, 18-22 mins
Every effort has been made to remove all bones from this product. However, as is the case with all fish, some may occasionally be found.
