National Fish Week 2025

National Fish Week has officially come to a close, and what a week it was! From tasty recipes to in-store fun and an incredible competition, we loved celebrating with you.

Air Fryer-Friendly, Family-Approved Recipes

We kicked off the week by sharing some quick, easy, and mouth-watering meal ideas featuring Donegal Catch favourites — all perfect for the air fryer. Whether you’re a busy parent, a midweek-meal planner, or just a fish fan, these recipes were a hit. Here are some of our favourites:

A twist on the classic fish and chips, air fried Donegal Catch Breaded Cod with Green Isle Extra Crispy French Fries and minty mushy peas. 

A fun, tasty, and nutritious meal that kids (and adults!) will love!  Made with Donegal Catch Omega 3 Fish Fingers, paired with Green Isle Rustic Chips and soft white bread cut into fun fish shapes.  This Fish Finger Sambo is the ultimate crowd-pleaser.
