Cider Haddock BLT
A fantastic variation on the traditional bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich is a Cider Haddock BLT. The sandwich’s main protein is our Irish caught, crispy Cider Haddock fillets, with other ingredients including crunchy iceberg lettuce, juicy vine tomatoes, and streaky bacon. Our award winning haddock fillets are battered in a medium sweet cider from the Armagh Cider company. Whether you’re looking for a good lunch or tasty dinner alternative, this recipe will be sure to leave all plates empty, delicious served with some Green Isle Straight Cut Chips.
