As the school bells ring and the days become busier, there’s nothing quite like a quick and tasty meal to bring comfort and energy to your little learners. Our back-to-school classic features Donegal Catch fish fingers with Green Isle Waffles and Garden Peas.

Ingredients
1 box of Donegal Catch Fish Fingers
1 box of Green Isle Waffles
350g Green Isle Garden Peas
Instructions
- Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once for 12-14 minutes. Also possible to cook in air fryer, see manufacturer's guidelines for best results.
- Place the Green Isle Waffles on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Turn the waffles once during cooking. Bake for 13-15 minutes until crisp and golden. (Also possible to cook in the air fryer or toaster if desired).
- Put the Green Isle Garden Peas into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain and place into a serving bowl.
