Fish Fingers, Waffles and Garden Peas

As the school bells ring and the days become busier, there’s nothing quite like a quick and tasty meal to bring comfort and energy to your little learners. Our back-to-school classic features Donegal Catch fish fingers with Green Isle Waffles and Garden Peas.

Ingredients

1 box of Donegal Catch Fish Fingers

1 box of Green Isle Waffles

350g Green Isle Garden Peas

Instructions

  1. Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once for 12-14 minutes. Also possible to cook in air fryer, see manufacturer's guidelines for best results.
  2. Place the Green Isle Waffles on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Turn the waffles once during cooking. Bake for 13-15 minutes until crisp and golden. (Also possible to cook in the air fryer or toaster if desired).
  3. Put the Green Isle Garden Peas into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain and place into a serving bowl.
