Fish Nuggets with potato waffles, peas & sweetcorn

Whip up this kid’s favourite in minutes, our Fish Nuggets are a great way to help your family eat more fish and pair perfectly with some Green Isle Garden Peas, Sweetcorn and Potato Waffles. Minimal prep and our nuggets are suitable for the airfryer making this dinner perfect for midweek meals.

Ingredients

1 bag Donegal Catch Fish Nuggets

4 Green Isle Potato Waffles

50g Green Isle Frozen Peas

50g Green Isle Frozen Sweetcorn

Ketchup, to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C / 180 C fan.
  2. Place the Donegal Catch fish nuggets on a tray, and place the Green Isle Potato Waffles on a separate tray. Place both trays into the oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until cooked through and hot throughout.
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the peas and sweetcorn for 4 minutes.
  4. Divide the nuggets, chips and peas onto plates and serve with the ketchup.
