Irish Caught Chunky Hake with Chips and Garden Peas

Enjoy our NEW Irish-caught Chunky Hake with Green Isle Straight Cut Chips and Garden Peas for a super quick and effortless dinner. Save time on prep and electricity by popping your chips and fish in the oven at the same time. This recipe would also be suitable for an air fryer. Serve with tartar sauce, mayonnaise or any condiment of your choosing.

Ingredients

4 x Chunky Irish-caught Hake

Green Isle Garden Peas

Green Isle Straight Cut Chips

To serve:

Tartar sauce, ketchup or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Place your fish fillets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for 25-30 mins.
  2. After 5 minutes, add your Green Isle Straight Cut Chips into the oven cooking for 18-20 minutes.
  3. Turn chips once during cooking. While the fish and chips are cooking you can cook your Garden Peas in boiling water for 3-4minutes or in the microwave.
  4. Ensure fillets are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Your chips should be crisp and golden. Serve everything while hot with your favourite condiments such as ketchup, mayonnaise, or tartar sauce. Enjoy!
