Air Fryer Breaded Haddock, Skinny Chips and Garden Peas

Donegal Catch Breaded Haddock is perfect to cook in the air fryer, save time by also popping on some Green Isle Straight Cut Chips and Garden Peas. A quick and easy dinner option suitable for all the family, great served with tartar sauce or ketchup for the little ones.

Ingredients

Donegal Catch Breaded Haddock

1/2 bag Green Isle Skinny Chips

350g Green Isle Garden Peas

To serve: Tartar sauce and rocket

Instructions

  1. Pour the Green Isle Straight Cut Chips into the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes (Cooking times will vary depending on appliances so please check your appliance and adjust accordingly) shaking halfway through to prevent them from sticking to the basket.
  2. For the Breaded Haddock Fillets place on a baking tray on top shelf of a pre-heated oven, 200°C / for 18-22 minutes. Or can be cooked in air fryer also (Cooking times will vary depending on appliances so please check your appliance and adjust accordingly) In the air fryer It will take 12 – 15min approximately. For smaller portions you can cook both the chips and the fish in the basket at the same time removing the fish first to allow a further 5min for the chips to golden
  3. Place the Green Isle Garden Peas into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain and place into a serving bowl.
  4. Serving suggestion: Rocket salad and tartar sauce
  5. Enjoy!
