Mix up the traditional fish and chips by using our BBQ Salmon served with some homemade coleslaw. Our BBQ Salmon is pre-marinated to save you time, and can be cooked in under 15 minutes from frozen.

2 Donegal Catch BBQ Salmon Fillets
For the coleslaw
¼ head of white cabbage, finely sliced
1 carrot, julienned
½ red onion, finely sliced
75 grams mayonnaise
1 teaspoon American mustard
Salt and pepper
To serve

Instructions
- Make the coleslaw by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl, seasoning well with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Cook the Donegal Catch BBQ Salmon according to the packet instructions then serve with the coleslaw and some chips.
