Featuring Donegal Catch’s Extra Large Battered Cod Fillets — crisp on the outside, flaky on the inside — paired with toasted brioche buns, fresh toppings, and a punchy homemade remoulade sauce. Serve with a side of Green Isle Rustic Chips for the full chip shop experience, made easy in the air fryer.

Ingredients
- 2 Pack(s) Donegal Catch Chip Shop Battered Cod Extra Large Fillets (air-fried)
- (1 Pack) Use 600g Green Isle Rustic Chips (air-fried)
- 4 brioche burger buns (toasted)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
- 6-8 pickle slices
- Tangy Remoulade Sauce: *includes prep shots
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 small pickle (finely chopped)
- ¼ Paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Cook Donegal Catch Chip Shop Battered Cod Fillets for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure to turn them halfway through the cooking process.
- Once cooked, remove the fish from the air fryer and slice each fillet in half.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Cook Green Isle Rustic Chips for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.
- Remoulade Sauce: Serve In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and chopped pickles. Add paprika, salt and pepper.
- Slice tomato and toast brioche buns until golden.
- Spread remoulade sauce on bottom bun, layer with lettuce leaves, 2 slices of tomato, 2 pickle slices and 1 Battered Cod Fillet (cut in half) per burger.
