Ingredients
- 400g Donegal Catch Chip Shop Battered Fish Goujons (approx. 125g per serving)
- Green Isle Straight Cut Chips (150g per person)
- 2 tbsp Fused Spice Bag Mix
- 1 onion, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- Fused Curry Sauce, heated per pack instructions
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Goujons and Chips: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. Place the goujons and Green Isle Straight Cut Chips in separate drawers or baskets. Cook the goujons for 9–10 minutes, turning halfway through, and the chips for 14–16 minutes, until both are crisp and golden.
- While the goujons and chips cook, heat a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and peppers, cooking for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened. Sprinkle over 2 tbsp Fused Spice Bag Mix and toss to coat evenly.
- Warm the Fused Curry Sauce according to pack instructions.
- Once the goujons and chips are cooked, add them to the pan with the vegetables and toss everything together so the seasoning coats evenly.
- Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle or serve with Fused Curry Sauce, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
