1x Pack x Donegal Catch Irish Hake, Lemon & Parsley Fishcakes
1x Pack x Donegal Catch King Prawns Cooked and Peeled
6 Cherry tomatoes, roasted
100g Red cabbage, shredded
50g Frozen Peas
1 tsp Vinaigrette
Instructions
- Pre-heat Air-fryer to 180°C, add Donegal Catch Irish Hake, Lemon & Parsley Fishcakes and cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
- Pan-fry Donegal Catch King Prawns until cooked through.
- Roast cherry tomatoes in the air-fryer at 180°C for 6–8 minutes.
- Prepare the slaw: Toss shredded red cabbage with a vinaigrette.
- Plate the fishcakes with prawns, peas, roasted cherry tomatoes, and slaw.
