2 Brioche buns
1-2 Lettuce leaves per bun
2 tsp Tomato relish
2-3 Pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Pre-heat Air-fryer to 180°C, add Donegal Catch Irish Hake, Lemon & Parsley Fishcakes and cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns in the oven or toaster.
- Assemble the burger: layer lettuce, fishcake, tomato relish, and pickles in the brioche bun.
