How to cook

Remove all packaging.  Cook from frozen.

TO OVEN BAKE
Pre-heat oven.  Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven.  220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7. 25-30 minutes.

TO GRILL
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.  Turn fillets occasionally. 22-27 minutes

This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.  Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven.  These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary.  Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
