4 Battered Fish Fillets

Pollock with its soft white flakes has a very mild flavour and is a sustainable alternative to cod. 

Skinless and boneless Alaska pollock fillets coated in batter, pre fried and deep frozen. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or flavours.

How to cook

Remove all packaging.  Cook from frozen.

TO OVEN BAKE
Pre-heat oven.  Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven.  200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 18-22 minutes.

This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.  Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven.  These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary.  Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

Every effort has been made to remove all bones from this product. However, as is the case with all fish, some may occasionally be found.

Alaska Pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) (Fish) (54%),  Wheat Flour (contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water,  Maize Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Wheat Starch, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Coconut Oil Powder (Coconut Oil, Maltodextrin, Pea Protein). Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonate). Dextrose, Thickener (Xanthan Gum). White Pepper, Mustard Powder).
