How to cook
Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. TO OVEN BAKE This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. Every effort has been made to remove all bones from this product. However, as is the case with all fish, some may occasionally be found.
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 18-22 minutes.
