Breaded Atlantic Plaice Fillets

A FLAT FISH, PLAICE HAS A SOFT AND TENDER TEXTURE. PLAICE IS USUALLY SERVED SKIN ON AND IS NATURALLY HIGH IN PROTEIN

How to cook

Remove all packaging.  Cook from frozen.

TO OVEN BAKE
Pre-heat oven.  Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven.  200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 15-17 minutes.

TO GRILL
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.  Turn fillets occasionally. 10-12 minutes

TO DEEP FRY
Pre-heat the oil, lower the fillets gently into the oil and fry. 175°C.  5-7 minutes.

This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.  Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven.  These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary.  Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

Plaice (Pleuronecetes platessa) (Fish) (50%), Wheat Flour (contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Rapeseed Oil, Water,  Salt, Yeast, Yeast Extract, Wheat Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder,  Mustard Powder, Pepper, Flavourings, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate).
