Ingredients
- 1 pack Donegal Catch Breaded Cod Fillets (air-fried)
- 1 pack Green Isle Extra Crispy French Fries (air-fried)
- 12 cherry tomatoes (air-fried)
- 400g Tenderstem broccoli (steamed)
Garlic Aioli:
- 12 tbsp mayo
- 4 small garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Air Fryer Cod: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook 15-20 mins, flipping halfway. Ensure fully cooked before serving. Appliances may vary, see manufacturer's guidelines for best results. This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.
- Extra Crispy Fries: Preheat air fryer drawer to 200°C. Cook 15 mins, shaking every 4-5 mins.
- Cherry Tomatoes: Roast at 180°C for 6-8 mins.
- Broccoli: Steam for 5 mins until bright green.
- Garlic Aioli: Mix mayo, garlic & lemon juice.
