Hand-cut whole fillets, coated in a golden chip-shop style batter, they’re high in protein, cook beautifully in the Air Fryer in just 10 minutes, and are perfect for sharing with family and friends.Serve them piled high on a party platter with lemon wedges, creamy dips, soft cheeses, walnuts, olives, and your favourite festive nibbles for a centrepiece that disappears fast!

Ingredients
- 1 pack Donegal Catch Chip Shop Battered Fish Goujons (400g)
- Crackers & grapes
- Lemon wedges
- Soft cheeses (we used brie & blue cheese)
- Dips: garlic mayo, sweet chilli, tartare sauce
- Walnuts or mixed nuts
- Olives (green or kalamata)
- Rosemary, to garnish
Instructions
- Place half of the goujons (200g) in a single layer into the basket. Do not overfill the basket. Cook for 9-10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Turn halfway through cooking to ensure an even cook. If cooking full pack, cook in two stages
- Arrange the cooked goujons in the centre of a large serving board or platter.
- Surround with lemon wedges, soft cheese wedges, dipping sauces, walnuts, olives, and any other festive snacks you love.
- Garnish with rosemary and serve immediately while everything is hot and crunchy.
