Ingredients

1 pack Donegal Catch Atlantic Salmon Fishcakes (air-fried)

300g Green Isle Rustic Chips (air-fried)

120g mixed salad (spinach, rocket, radish)

Creamy Garlic Dijon Sauce:

  • 6 tbsp garlic mayo
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Air Fryer Fishcakes: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook 25 mins, turning halfway.
  2. Rustic Chips: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Cook 8 mins, shaking occasionally.
  3. Dressing: Mix mayo, Dijon, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Drizzle over salad.
  4. Assemble: Toss spinach, rocket & radish. Serve fishcakes over salad with chips on the side & a lime wedge for extra zing! Enjoy!🍽️
