BBQ Salmon with coleslaw & chips

2 Donegal Catch BBQ Salmon Fillets

For the coleslaw

¼ head of white cabbage, finely sliced

1 carrot, julienned

½ red onion, finely sliced

75 grams mayonnaise

1 teaspoon American mustard

Salt and pepper

To serve



  1. Make the coleslaw by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl, seasoning well with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  2. Cook the Donegal Catch BBQ Salmon according to the packet instructions then serve with the coleslaw and some chips.
