Ingredients
1 pack Donegal Catch Breaded Goujons (400g)
4 large tortilla wraps
2 Little Gem lettuces, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
150g cherry tomatoes, sliced
120ml Caesar dressing
40g Parmesan, grated
Green Isle Skinny Chips
Green Isle Onion Rings
Lemon wedges & ketchup, to serve
Instructions
- Air-fry Goujons: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place 200g goujons in a single layer and cook 9–10 mins, turning halfway, until crisp and golden. Repeat with remaining goujons.
- Air-fry Onion Rings: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Cook in a single layer for 8–10 mins, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Air-fry Skinny Chips: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Add 200g chips and cook for 8 mins, shaking occasionally, until crisp and golden.
- Assemble Wraps: Warm the tortillas. Spread Caesar dressing down the centre. Layer with Little Gem lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan.
- Add Goujons: Place 3–4 crispy goujons on top, then wrap tightly.
- Serve: Slice in half and serve with hot Skinny Chips, crispy Onion Rings, and lemon wedges on the side.
