Breaded Haddock Caesar Salad
2 Donegal Catch Breaded Haddock Fillets
For the salad
2 little gem lettuce
100 ml Caesar dressing
50 grams parmesan, grated
Small handful of dill
Salt and pepper
- Cook the Donegal Catch Breaded Haddock Fillets according to the packet instructions.
- For the salad, chop the little gem lettuce into quarters and arrange on your serving plate.
- Drizzle over the Caesar dressing and sprinkle with the parmesan and dill, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve the salad alongside the cooked fish.
