Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Donegal Catch Fish Nuggets (air-fried)
  • 8 soft tortillas
  • ½ red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

For the Lime Crema:

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp ground coriander (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Fish Nuggets: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. Air-fry the Donegal Catch Fish Nuggets for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Heat each tortilla in a dry frying pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side. Or: Wrap all 8 in foil and warm in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Toppings: Shred the red cabbage and slice the avocados. Chop the coriander if using. Cut limes into wedges for serving.
  4. Make the Lime Crema: In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream or yogurt, lime juice, salt, and coriander until smooth.
  5. Assemble the Tortillas: Fill each tortilla with crispy fish nuggets, red cabbage, avocado slices, and a drizzle of lime crema. Top with fresh coriander and serve with lime wedges on the side.
