Ingredients

2 Breaded Haddock Fillets

200g Steamed green beans & red onion (tossed in Italian dressing)

100g Chickpeas

12 Cherry tomatoes (air-fried for extra flavour!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook Breaded Haddock for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for best results. Make sure your fish is thoroughly cooked before serving.
  2. Air-fry cherry tomatoes at 180°C for 6–8 minutes.
  3. Steam green beans for 5 minutes, then toss with red onion, chickpeas, and Italian dressing.
  4. Plate your haddock with the Mediterranean salad mix of beans, chickpeas, and cherry tomatoes.
