1 x Packet Donegal Catch Breaded Haddock
1 box of Green Isle Waffles
350g Green Isle Garden Peas
350g Green Isle Sweetcorn
Handful of basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven 200C
- Place Breaded Haddock on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. 18-22 minutes.
- Place the Green Isle Waffles on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Turn the waffles once during cooking. Bake for 13-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Put the Green Isle Garden Peas and Green Isle sweetcorn into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain and place into a serving bowl sprinkle with basil leaves.
