Ingredients
1 pack Donegal Catch Chip Shop Battered Fish Goujons
4–5 soft sub rolls
Mayonnaise, to serve
½ head of lettuce, shredded
½ cucumber, sliced thinly
Green Isle Ridge Fries
Lemon wedges, to serve (optional)
Instructions
- Air-fry Goujons: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place half of the goujons (200g) in a single layer in the basket — do not overfill. Cook for 9–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden.
- Air-fry Ridge Fries: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place half of the fries (about 400g) into the basket — do not fill more than half full. Cook for 12–14 minutes, shaking occasionally, until crisp and golden.
- Warm the Sub Rolls: Lightly warm rolls in the oven for 2–3 minutes or in the microwave for 30 seconds until soft.
- Assemble the Rolls: Spread mayonnaise on each roll, then layer with lettuce and cucumber slices. Add 2–3 crispy Donegal Catch Chip Shop Battered Goujons per roll.
- Serve: Plate up the rolls with a generous serving of Green Isle Ridge Fries on the side. Add a squeeze of lemon for extra freshness, if desired.
