Ingredients

1 pack Donegal Catch Chip Shop Battered Fish Goujons

10 small soft tortillas (2 each for kids, 3 each for adults)

Coleslaw, to serve

150g sweetcorn

Mild salsa

Fresh coriander, chopped

Lime wedges, to serve

Instructions

  1. Air-fry Goujons: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place half of the goujons (200g) in a single layer in the basket — do not overfill. Cook for 9–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden.
  2. Air-fry Wicked Wedges: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Add wedges in a single layer (do not overfill the basket). Cook for 14–16 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and golden.
  3. Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30–60 seconds until soft and pliable.
  4. Build the Tacos: Fill each tortilla with a spoonful of coleslaw, 1–2 crispy goujons (halve if large), sweetcorn, salsa, and a sprinkle of coriander
  5. Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve alongside hot Green Isle Wicked Wedges for a complete, crowd-pleasing meal.
  6. ✅ Tip: For the crispiest results, cook the goujons and wedges in batches so there’s plenty of room for air to circulate.
