Ingredients

1 Pack x Donegal Catch Irish Haddock, Chilli & Ginger Fishcakes

2x Wholegrain wraps

40g Fresh spinach, small handful

25g Red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 Avocado, sliced

20g White cheese, grated

1 tsp Sriracha

Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat Air-fryer to 180°C, add Donegal Catch Irish Haddock, Chilli & Ginger Fishcakes and cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
  2. Slice the cooked fishcakes into strips.
  3. Assemble the wrap: layer spinach, red onion, avocado, grated cheese, and fishcake strips.
  4. Drizzle with sriracha, fold the wrap, and serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
