Ingredients

1 box of Donegal Catch Fish Fingers

1/2 bag Green Isle Skinny Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 220C
  2. Lay chips out on a large baking tray and place into the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden and piping hot throughout.
  3. Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once for 12-14 minutes.

  5. Serve along with some ketchup. Enjoy!
