Ingredients
2 fillets Donegal Catch Irish Hake
300g Green Isle Chunky Chips
200g Green Isle Garden Peas
200g Asparagus
Ketchup (to serve)
Butter (to serve)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the 4 hake fillets and 300g chunky chips in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes, or follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for best results. Flip the fillets halfway through for even cooking. Ensure the fish flakes easily with a fork and the chips are crispy.
- Trim the woody ends of the 200g asparagus. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add 200g garden peas and the asparagus together to the pot. Boil for 3-4 minutes until both are tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Plate the hake fillets, chunky chips, garden peas, and asparagus evenly for 4 servings.
- Add ketchup on the side for dipping. Top the asparagus or peas with a small pat of butter for extra flavour.
