Ingredients
2 Donegal Catch Irish Hake fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet of fajita seasoning
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tortillas
4 tbsp salsa
A handful of mixed leaves
Instructions
- Chop your veggies—bell peppers and onions.
- Air fry your hake fillets until golden and cooked through.
- In a pan with olive oil, sauté the veggies until soft and juicy.
- Toss in that fajita seasoning and cook for a few more minutes.
- Cut the hake fillets into strips.
- Spread salsa on your tortillas, add mixed leaves, veggies, and hake strips.
