2 Donegal Catch Irish Hake fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet of fajita seasoning

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

2 tortillas

4 tbsp salsa

A handful of mixed leaves

Instructions
