Easy Breaded Whiting Wraps

Ingredients

4 Breaded Whiting fillets
4 wraps
A handful of cherry tomatoes
Lettuce, chopped
Tartare sauce
Lemon wedges
Semi-dried tomatoes (optional)
Dried tarragon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the whiting fillets following packing instructions. Warm up the wraps. Spread a thin layer of tartare sauce on each wrap.
  2. Add a layer of lettuce, a couple of tomatoes of choice. Sprinkle with tarragon if using.
  3. And finally add the cooked fish fillets with a squeeze of lemon.
  4. Close the wraps and enjoy with extra lettuce on the side.
