Fish Nuggets Flatbreads with Tzatziki

Ingredients

6-8 Fish Nuggets (adjust per serving size)

2 flatbreads or pitas

100g tzatziki (approx. 2-3 tbsp per flatbread)

1 small lettuce (shredded, about 1 cup per flatbread)

1/4 cucumber (thinly sliced)

1/4 red onion 1. (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Air fry the fish nuggets, see manufacturer's guidelines for best results.
  2. Warm the flatbread in the oven or air fryer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Spread tzatziki over the flatbread. Add shredded lettuce, cucumber slices, and red onion.
  4. Place a few fish nuggets on top of the flatbread. Serve!
