Bring smiles to the table with this playful, easy-to-make dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights! Featuring crispy Donegal Catch Fish Fingers, naturally high in Omega-3 and protein, they’re as nutritious as they are delicious, served with lightly spiced Green Isle potato wedges, garden peas and sweetcorn. This meal is as fun to eat as it is quick to prepare. Kids will love dunking their fish fingers into ketchup shaped fish.

Ingredients
10 fish fingers
400g Green Isle Lightly Spiced Wedges
250g Green Isle Garden Peas
200g Green Isle Sweetcorn
4 tbsp. ketchup (or your favourite dipping sauces)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Place fish fingers in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In the same or separate basket, air-fry Green Isle Lightly Spiced Potato Wedges for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Shake halfway for even crispiness.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the Green Isle Garden Peas and sweetcorn, cooking for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- To serve, arrange the crispy fish fingers, golden wedges, and vibrant veggies on a plate. Add a generous dollop of ketchup in a fish shape and enjoy.
