Ingredients

1 pack Donegal Catch Salt and Vinegar Haddock Bites

Mayonnaise

1 black olive

Ketchup, to serve, optional

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200 C / 180 C fan.
  2. Place the Haddock Bites on a lined baking tray and place into the oven to cook for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Whilst the fish cooks, place the mayonnaise into a piping bag and make a tiny hole in the end.
  4. When the fish is done remove from the oven and place onto a cooling rack. With the piping bag, pipe across the bites in random directions to make the mummy ‘bandages’. Pipe on 2 dots on mayonnaise for eyes and then chop the olive into tiny pieces and press into each mayonnaise ‘eye’ to form pupils. Repeat until all the bites and mummified. Serve with ketchup on the side - which you can make extra scary by piping a spider’s web into!
