Ingredients
1 Pack x Donegal Catch Irish Haddock, Chilli & Ginger Fishcakes
150g Jasmine rice
50g Red onion, thinly sliced
100g Broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 tsp Sriracha
Instructions
- Pre-heat Air-fryer to 180°C, add Donegal Catch Irish Haddock, Chilli & Ginger Fishcakes and cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
- Roast broccoli florets in the air-fryer at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Assemble the bowl: layer rice, roasted broccoli, fishcakes, and red onion slices.
- Drizzle with sriracha before serving.
