Ingredients

1 Pack x Donegal Catch Irish Haddock, Chilli & Ginger Fishcakes

150g Jasmine rice

50g Red onion, thinly sliced

100g Broccoli, cut into florets

1/2 tsp Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat Air-fryer to 180°C, add Donegal Catch Irish Haddock, Chilli & Ginger Fishcakes and cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
  2. Roast broccoli florets in the air-fryer at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
  3. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble the bowl: layer rice, roasted broccoli, fishcakes, and red onion slices.
  5. Drizzle with sriracha before serving.
