Looking for a quick and easy midweek family dinner? Enjoy Donegal Catch’s NEW Irish-caught Chunky Hake with some Green Isle Lightly Spiced Wedges, Baby Carrots and Sliced Beans. This recipe requires minimum prep saving time and electricity by cooking your wedges while your fish cooks in either the oven or air fryer. Serve with ketchup, mayonnaise or any of your favourite condiments and enjoy!

- Pre-heat oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Place your fish fillets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for 25-30 mins.
- After 5 minutes, add your Green Isle Wedges, here we used the lightly spiced into the oven cooking for 18-20 minutes.
- While your wedges and fish are cooking, place the required amount of Green Isle Sliced Beans and Baby Carrots into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Alternatively, you can microwave the Green Isle vegetables in microwaveable container with lid, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, Heat 1-2 minutes at 800W, stir, then heat for another 1-2 minutes at 800W.
