Ingredients

1 pack Donegal Catch Fish Fingers (10 fish fingers, air-fried)

800g @greenisle Rustic Chips (air-fried)

8 slices soft white bread (cut into fish shapes 🐟)

120g rocket leaves

Ketchup (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Air Fryer Fish Fingers: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook for 8-10 mins, flipping halfway.
  2. Rustic Chips: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Cook 8 mins, shaking occasionally.
  3. Assemble: Spread ketchup on bread, add rocket & crispy fish fingers.
  4. Serve: Plate up with chips on the side & enjoy! Fun Tip: Let the kids help cut out their fish-shaped bread for an extra fun mealtime!
