Ingredients

2 x Donegal Catch Irish Pale Ale Crispy Battered Haddock Fillets

2 x Brioche buns Handful of lettuce

4 x slices of Tomato Pickles

2 tbsp. garlic mayo

300g Green Isle Lightly Spiced Wedges

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer 190°C. Air fry the Pale Ale Haddock for approx. 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. Appliances may vary, see manufacturer’s guidelines for best results.
  3. Cook the Green Isle lightly spiced wedges for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  4.  Plate the fish burger with air-fried wedges on the side.
