Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. TO OVEN BAKE TO GRILL TO DEEP FRY This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6. 20 -25 minutes.
Preheat grill to a medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally. 18-22 minutes
Pre-heat the oil, lower the fillets gently into the oil and fry. When cooked place filets on kitchen paper to drain prior to serving. 180°C/350°F. 7 minutes.
