1 pack Donegal Catch’s Fish Nuggets

3 medium potatoes

3 Carrots

1 Cucumber

2 Tablespoons of Garlic Mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Cook the Donegal Catch Fish Nuggets for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through
  3. Thinly slice potatoes, toss with oil, and air-fry for 12-15 minutes
  4. Slice the carrots and cucumber into sticks
  5. Plate fish nuggets with roasted potato slices, carrot and cucumber sticks, along with garlic mayo for dipping. Serve and enjoy!
