Featuring Donegal Catch Breaded Cod Fillets from our Family Pack range, crispy Green Isle Rustic Chips, and comforting mushy peas, it’s a satisfying meal that’s high in protein and full of flavour. Serve with your favourite sauces and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a simple, no-fuss dinner that everyone around the table will enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Donegal Catch Breaded Cod Fillets (4 fillets, air-fried)
- 1 pack Green Isle Rustic Chips (600g, air-fried)
- 1 pack Green Isle Mushy Peas (150g, boiled)
To Serve (pick your favourites):
- Tartar sauce
- Lemon wedges
- Malt vinegar
- Tomato ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mushy Peas: Place Green Isle Mushy Peas in a saucepan with 800ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the Breaded Cod: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. Air-fry the Donegal Catch Breaded Cod Fillets for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and fully cooked.
- Cook the Rustic Chips: Increase the air fryer temperature to 200°C. Cook the Green Isle Rustic Chips for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and golden.
- Serve & Garnish: Plate up the crispy cod, rustic chips, and mushy peas. Add your favourite condiments and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
