Fish Sticks, chips & roasted veg

1 head broccoli, cut into florets

4 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped

2 red onions, cut into wedges

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 packet Donegal Catch Fish Sticks

1 bag Green Isle Low-Fat Chips

Handful parsley, roughly chopped, to serve

Ketchup, to serve (we love MamaBear Ketchup)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 180 C fan.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables on a large baking tray, drizzle with the olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes then add the Donegal Catch Fish Sticks and Green Isle Low-Fat Chips - on separate trays - to the oven and cook for a further 15 - 20 minutes until the veg is tender and the fish and chips are cooked.
  3. Sprinkle the roasted veg with the chopped parsley and serve everything with some ketchup for dipping!
