How to cook

This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. Remove all packaging including the inner bag. Cook from frozen.
Microwave: Place 2 fillets on a microwaveable plate and cover with a microwave cover. Cook on full power for 6 minutes at 900W.Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.900W, 6 mins800W, 6.5 mins
Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6.Wrap fillets loosely in foil and place on a baking tray. Cook for 30-35 mins. Open foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Barbecue: Prepare BBQ as per manufacturers' guidelines. Wrap fillets in foil and seal well. Turn once during cooking. Be cautious of steam upon opening foil.
