4 Skinless Irish Hake Fillets covered in breadcrumbs, pre fried and deep frozen. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. All our fish catches are fully traceable.

 

How to cook

This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot before serving.

For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for  25-30 mins.

Ensure fillets are pipping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Safety information: all efforts have been made to remove all bones from this product. However, as is the case with all fish, some may occasionally be found.

Hake (Merluccius merluccius) (Fish) (60%), Wheat Flour (contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Yeast, Wheat Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pepper, Mustard Powder, Flavourings, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate).
