How to cook

To oven cook: Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6. Place the nuggets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook on the top shelf for 20-23 minutes, turning halfway through. Do not reheat.


Suitable for air fryer, see manufacturer's guidelines for best results.

This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fish is piping hot before serving. These instructions are guidelines only, cooking appliances may vary. Cooking time may also vary depending on thickness of nuggets.
