How to cook
Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. TO OVEN BAKE TO GRILL TO DEEP FRY This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 20 -25 minutes.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally. 16-18 minutes
Pre-heat the oil, lower the fillets gently into the oil and fry. 175°C. 10 – 13 minutes.
