How to cook

Remove all packaging.  Cook from frozen.

TO OVEN COOK
Pre-heat oven.  Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7.  12-14 minutes.

TO GRILL
Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Turn occasionally. 10 minutes.

This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.  Ensure product is piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven.  These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary.
